BEAU BRU MMELS Volume 2 orig Canadian REO lp M-

1965/Cdn/Reo RLP 683….. here’s a clean original Canadian pressing of this rare lp. The cover is in VG++ condition, there is a neat drill hole through the center of the cover, there is just a bit of very light ring wear near the opening, just a touch on the left side, mild corner bumps, otherwise the cover is solid and clean with no writing, splits, or any other issues! The vinyl is in M- like new condition and I'd doubt this has been played more than a couple of times. This Original Deep Groove pressing is gorgeous and the labels are clean with no wear or spindle marks! The Beau Brummels, Volume 2 is the second studio album by American rock group The Beau Brummels. Released in August 1965, the album contains the U.S. top 40 hit "You Tell Me Why" and follow-up single "Don't Talk to Strangers." The album was produced by Sylvester Stewart, later known as Sly Stone, although his involvement, according to lead singer Sal Valentino and guitarist-songwriter Ron Elliott, had diminished to the point the band does not recall any producer being in charge.  Volume 2, unlike the band's debut, Introducing the Beau Brummels, failed to chart on the Billboard 200. The album's lack of commercial success has been linked to the band's label, Autumn Records, verging on collapse at the time of the album's release, leading to a lack of distribution and promotion of the band's material.

MINT: as stated with no defects

M- OR NEAR MINT: as stated near Mint!, or Mint Minus, same thing, very clean with no defect to sound or visual appearance, one scuff or mark may be permitted but it will be mentioned in the description, a near Mint record looks and plays very clean

EXCELLENT: not much below near Mint, may have a delete hole and/or a minor defect or two not visually detracting from the cover, the vinyl will appear shiny and in clean condition with very minor defects not affecting the sound, still very clean and very collectable!

VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal cover wear and/or delete/splits, still visually appealing, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much

VG+ a little more cover/ring wear and delete, splits etc., the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects, both cover and vinyl no matter the condition, I also play grade the records on high end equipment and will give an honest play grade as well as visual grade, considering the number of records I buy on line my grading is very conservative and fair.
