**NEAR MINT**


This near mint stereo 2nd pressing is on the UK black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3062
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text and 'Gramophone Co Ltd...' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the side 2 label.

Housed in a front and rear laminated, gatefold cover with white inner 'flipbacks'.
Complete with its original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: YEX 142-1 & YEX 143-1
Stamper numbers: 1,6/PA & 3/OD

Pristine bright and glossy surfaces displaying just a few barely visible sleeve removal hairlines directly under a halogen desk lamp.
There are no scuffs or scratches indicating that this LP has been very carefully handled and hardly, if ever, played.
Pressed on quality vinyl which 100% flat on the turntable without dishing or warping.

Audio: NEAR MINT

I will not and find it hard to describe anything played as 'Mint' but this really is as close as you can get.
Both run-ins and all bands are completely silent and all the music is warm, loud and clear with no trace of crackle anywhere.
There is absolutely no distortion in either channel and no clicks, pops, hiss, jumps or repeats anywhere.
A superb sounding copy with that 'breath of life' stereo mix.


Cover: EXCELLENT

A fine example of this easily damaged cover with an uncreased, high-gloss front panel bearing just a few light spine wrinkles.
The delicate edges are sharp, clean and unworn with no rubbing or tears. The upper left corner has a slight 'bump' but the others are undamaged.
The inside is clean, black with no marks or writing, and the spine and seams are clean with no tears, splits or missing laminate.
