Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band LP
Stunning and superb example of an original WIDESPINE cover
Original 1st pressing LP from 1967 in MONO
Complete set with LP, red/white psychedelic inner of the first pressing, and the cardboard cutouts.

Outer Cover
* Original Garrod and Lofthouse manufacture.
* WIDESPINE cover in superb condition, spine approximately 9mm wide.
* Nearmint- condition
* No damage, no tears, no scuffing, no writing.
* Front face is bright and shining, you would think it was new. The very smallest of light scuffs on the bottom right corner.
* Spine you would also think was new, no damage, no scuffing, just slight yellowing/age discolouration of the exposed card at each end.
* Rear face, this is the only place where you will notice a few minor creases in the laminate.
* Certainly the best preserved example I have seen.
Inner Cover
* The psychedelic red/white inner sleeve only issued with the 1st pressing.
* Rated EX++
* No tears, no damage, no writing, no seamsplits.
* Only a very small amount of creasing and no scuffing of the opening edge.
* A nice bright red colour on the one side, on the other side the white colour is now after 40 years ageing with an off-white slight yellowish tinge.
LP
* Original yellow/black Parlophone label.
* First pressing.
* First matrices on vinyl runoff XEX637-1 and 638-1
* Extremely early pressings -first mothers stamped on both sides. Stampers are 1L and 1A
* KT tax code stamped on side 1.
* Both sides have been played and listened to all the way through. Detailed play notes at the bottom of the page. Music tracks play graded Excellent
Cutouts
* Excellent condition
* No damage, no tears, no writing, small crease in bottom right corner
Visual and Play of the LP
This LP has been not only visually rated, but also each track has been played and listened to all the way through on a quality deck with a new stylus.
Side 1 - Visually graded Nearmint- the label is superb, there are no spindle markings. On the vinyl in very strong light I could see just one faint mark on track1. This could not be heard on the soundtrack. On play the vinyl was graded Excellent, though there were no marks on the vinyl when played at volume on an expensive deck most tracks were EX+ but I heard two ticks, one in track5, one in track6
Side 2 - also visually Nearmint- just two very faint superrficial scuff marks, label superb. Play graded EX , no ticks, no clicks, no crackles, just a hint of the normal vinyl+dust noise when playing the silent gap between some of the tracks.
All LPs are professionally cleaned before dispatch.
