Beatles"Oldies But Goldies" Uk stereo 1st press LP Mint. UK LP 1966 Parlophone black and yellow labe PCS 7016 Gramophone Co on rim with "Sold in the uk" text on label very rare earliest pressing with large label text and stereo also has solid stereo on front of sleeve. Side 1 matrix YEX 619-1G RO stampers at 3 oclock and number 3 at 9 oclock. Side 2 matrix YEX 620-1G RR stampers at 4 oclock and number 2 at 10 oclock no tax code on the labels. Comes in Tri flipback Garrod&Lofthouse sleeve with the rare patents pending credit,complete with sepia EMI inner sleeve. Condition sleeve is Ex to EX+ front is Ex with just a couple of very light lamination creases seams and spine are all near perfect ,rear panel is clean but has some very light discolouration ,inner is near mint.Labels are near mint with very light spindle wear.Vinyl is simply stunning under very bright light only one small hairline is present otherwise amazing condition plays perfect too.A stunning copy. More rare Beatles in my other auctions including lots of early stereo pressings.
