Inscribed "Thanx to You, Gene for helping 'the Cause' J R Monterose"
This was signed in the late '50s or early '60s and the inscription to "Gene" is consistent with other autographed LPs from this collection - see the Australian Jazz Quintet with Osie Johnson (ebay #261319244287) and ask me for photos of the autographs on Les McCann Ltd - Stanley Turrentine - Blue Mitchell in New York, and the Gerry Mulligan Quartet featuring Chet Baker to see other instances of inscriptions to "Gene"

Original issue, 767 Lexington Ave NYC address on labels and cover, deep groove, flat edge, Mono

Deadwax A-side: etched "BN-LP-1536-A" with etched "RVG"; B-side etched "BN-LP-1536-B" with etched "RVG" and Plastylite ear mark.

CONDITION:

Vinyl: NM
Super clean vinyl with full gloss. Vinyl looks like it was not played more than once. Quiet pressing. No warping.

Cover: VG++
No seam splits. Seams are tight. Bottom left corner has crease. Tiny imperfections to spine and corners. Back cover autographed (see photo). Very light wear to front cover but colors are not faded.
