Description
Purchased this Springsteen limited edition collection when I worked in a record store decades ago and it has been carefully stored away and never played.
Ireland reissue of four 45s (“Born To Run”, “The Promised Land”, “Hungry Heart” and “The River”) in a transparent PVC display wallet with red cardboard header (please note photos show where top of package on each side had been taped and I did not remove)
The packaging of the four 7" contained absurd errors and misspellings ("Meeting Across The Water", "Head Up Without A Gun", "V. Landay", "Steve Van Landt") and had overall inferior vinyl quality, so it was withdrawn.
“Born To Run” and “The Promised Land” came in a black-and-white picture sleeve not used elsewhere, while “Hungry Heart” and “The River” were issued with the same packaging as the original UK pressings.
