Absolute original 1956 Memphis Sun 45 by Charlie Feathers. Both record labels have “SAMPLE” stamped in red near the top. This also has the three Sun “Push Marks” on the record label. Truly one of the Holy Grail pieces of Charlie Feathers vinyl.
VINYL: This record has been stored in a paper sleeve and is in exceptionally nice condition for a 1950’s Sun 45. It was pressed with some warbling in the vinyl in places which does not affect play. The vinyl still retains a considerable amount of its original glossy luster and the “Wedding Gown” side grades EX. The “Defrost” side has one hairline scratch, measuring less than 1 inch, that can just lightly be felt on the grooves. This side grades a very nice VG+. The spindle hole has some very light imperfections which in no way affect play.
