This record is in excellent condition. It has faint spindle marks visible on the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs or stains. The centres show slight wear but are not loose or overly worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape with nothing major to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides have nothing remotely nasty evident but there are faint light surface lines, small areas of minor sleeve scuffing and the odd minor line showing in normal light. These light lines and signs of use do show under bright light along with a few more wispy lines but again nothing deep, sinister or serious. So overall this used vintage record is in good shape, still has a lovely lustre, is free of serious issues or defects but has some light signs of use and age.
I play tested the record and it played really well and was a great listen all the way through, with no major issues and very little interference of any sort. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is next to no movement in the record arm. There are no skips, sticks or annoying clicks and only minimal amounts of occasional light surface noise. I noted a trace in the run in on both sides and occasionally a little between tracks, but this was all on both sides and overall I would grade the audio much closer to EX+ than the visual grading of EX.
The sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has wear and rubbing to the edges and corners which has affected the writing along the spine. There is also a 1" area of wear on the spine which is the worst of it(pics). This is not a split but is not ideal and has obviously weakened the spine a little. There are no splits anywhere however and overall the sleeve is still solid all round. Other than the edge wear there are no tears, scuffs or pen marks and no major levels of creasing. There is a few minor creases, light ring marks and some general mild grubbiness but nothing extreme. Overall a tidy sleeve with some general age related wear but no really nasty problems. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It includes its original inner but this is grubby and so a brand new plain white replacement will be provided.
It also includes its original lyrics insert. This is in excellent condition with no tears or pen marks and only light creasing in places.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
