Description
This is the deep groove RVG-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Donald Byrd “Off to the Races” on the West 63rd (Side 1)/West 63rd “INC” (Side 2) labels of Blue Note BLP 4007. Other than two inaudible scuffs at the end of Side 2, the playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated West 63rd St. cover is in excellent condition - clean and bright throughout; 1/8” wear at the bottom of the spine; ¼” bump at the lower right corner; marker numbers in the upper right corner of the back slick. Personnel include Jackie McLean, Pepper Adams, Wynton Kelly, Sam Jones, and Art Taylor. $250.00.
