NOTES : 3 x 78rpm , cover art by Dan Shapiro . Rene Dreyfus was a famous french Grand Prix driver with 36 wins in 1920s & 1930s.He opened a french restaurant "Le Gourmet" in 1945 in New York. Edith Piaf came to USA for the first time in oct 1947 . This 3x78rpm album it was released in nov 1947.It apperas that Rene's business card it was autographed by Edith around that time and it says "J'espere que mon album vous plaircy"....VERY VERY RARE

( S ) SEALED = VINYL assumed mint, never open.( M ) MINT = VINYL absolutely perfect in every way, never played.
( NM ) NEAR MINT = VINYL nearly perfect, no obvious signs of wear. COVER should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes.
( VG+ ) VERY GOOD PLUS = VINYL may have scuff marks , very light scratches and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly, with only barely detectable crackles or pops; a slight noise at the beginning is allowable. COVER may only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
( VG ) VERY GOOD = VINYL has light scratches, may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, and no more loudly than the music. COVER has normal wear such a ring wear and split seams , creases , wear at corners , edges & spine.
( G ) GOOD = VINYL has scratches, may have continuous crackles, pops, significant surface noise. COVER has more than normal wear and tear.
( P ) POOR = VINYL is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating. COVER barely keeps the lp inside.
