Description

This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1956 EP release ELVIS PRESLEY - Any Way You Want Me released in the USA. (the cover has Any Way as 2 words but the record has the correct spelling of Anyway as one word!)

The record itself (EPA-965 dog on top) is ONLY in VERY GOOD condition with quite a few visible marks/scratches.

The centre labels have NO WRITING but do have ringwear!(see photos)

This also has the advantage of being the 1st pressing with the stamoed numbers G2 WH 7105- 1S / G2 WH 7106-1S

This is also the RARE issue WITHOUT SILVER LINE!

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $55 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+ / VERY GOOD )for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is over 57 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.

There are NO RIPS , TEARS or WRITING!(see photos)

The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/scuff marks, age discolouration cornerwear , partial seam splits on the corners and a small numbered sticker(see photos)

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this RARE sleeve!!

For some reason this E.P is harder to find than a lot of the others (even though it still books at around the same as the others!)

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $75+(£50 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £55.

THIS REALLY IS A HARD TO FIND TO SLEEVE!!!

PLEASE REMEMBER OVERALL CONDITION OF RECORD/SLEEVE IF /WHEN PLACING A BID AS THIS WILL BEST SERVE AS AN AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT MINT $130 RECORD AND SLEEVE COME ALONG!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
