Jimmy Deuchar - Pal Jimmy - Original Tempo LP TAP 20 - Very Rare 1958 UK Original first pressing matrix number VMGT-1328-2E, Very few of these LPs were pressed, and even fewer were sold verified to me by the producer Tony Hall, An absolutely outstanding performance by some of the UK's finest, I have played this LP in its entirety there are no skips no jumps at all, Side One, the first track has a couple of areas that play with a slight distortion on the high notes of Deuchars solo, and some clicks and crackle, still very enjoyable. Side Two plays better near VG+ crackles and light clicks again very, very enjoyable, Visually the vinyl has scuffs and scratches, to save disappointment I will grade this LP as poor and worn. The Jacket has been torn across front and appears to have been glued back and some colour added, all the liner notes can be read clearly, again I shall grade this Jacket as poor but still looks ok, when you take in consideration that a clean copy of this LP would cost you around the £2,000 I think the buy it now price is about right for this condition.
