Description
Here is a rare John Coltrane "A Love Supreme" Impulse Stereo A-77 Van Gelder LP.
This item was purchased at an estate sale of a long time jazz collector and is in great condition.
The album jacket, inside sleeve and record all look incredible considering their age but do exhibit various minor areas of wear due to aging(the date listed on the back of the album jacket is Dec. 1964 but it may have been released in 1965).
I had the pleasure of listening to both sides of the album and it sounded terrific with no skips etc.
I am not knowledgeable of vintage records so I have posted the maximum 12 photos for you to examine the album and its contents for yourself. I am not qualified to grade record albums but based on what I have seen other sellers grades on this item, it looks to me as though most would grade the album, jacket and sleeve in the very good to excellent range

With regard to the actual condition of the record itself, as stated previously, I am not that knowledgeable of vinyl records so I will describle the what I see when I look at both sides of the record. Side 1 has a few very light scratches and minor scuffs that I can only see when I hold the record directly up to the light. Side 2 has more minor scuffing and light scratches than side 1 again, most visible when I hold it directly up to a light source. I listened to both sides of the album and there were no skips or popping sounds.
There are no seam splits in the album jacket.
