Description
Scarce original vinyl 12" LP from either 1969 or 1970 (depending on which source you consult!) on the White Whale label. Album is self-titled, by the early rock band "Horses," who are Chris Herold, Don Johnson, Matt Kelly, Dave Torbert (of New Riders Of The Purple Sage), and Scott Quigley.
Like many things in life, it's what's inside that counts! The LP jacket looks average, with some edgewear, a small tape mark on the front right edge, and some light, general storage wear, and it rates a nice VG+. However, the vinyl LP itself has hardly ever been played (I know; I bought it new many years ago!), and it is in glossy, near mint/mint minus condition! The recording has very good sound quality, and the record plays great. This record, incidentally, has an early example of inner-groove writing . . . in the trail-out is etched "John Loves Marie."
