Below is info retrieved from youtube description:

This band is probably one of the most heard but unrecognizable bands ever. Originally based out of Lawton, OK, they traveled and played in almost every state of the US, beginning with a massive 3 year tour of military bases. One nighters was a way of life for this band of Funkateers of whom by some DJ's were one of the tightest bands of its era. Their stage presence and precision prompted the legendary Joe Tex, who was making a comeback, to make them his band, renaming them for the time "The Second Re$$urrection." They wrote and recorded for Tex, giving him his biggest hit, "Ain't Gonna Bump No More (With No Big Fat Woman) which received a grammy nomination, #86 in Billboard Magazine for the year and giving Tex his first gold album. The group has shared the stage with many artists, too voluminous to mention here and has toured in Germany. They are categorically known as "secret superstars." As the "Second Re$$surrection", they are being re-released on Stanson Records with "You Done Let Daylight Catch You" and "Smoke In The Disco." This song "Loving You Is Too Far Out" was recently released from the UK on Fryer Mantis Records this past year.
