Description

PMC1255 A 1st pressing from the time of release on the UK Parlophone label. Matrix -2/-2. Stampers 5-GGP/7-PL. The record comes housed in an original Garrod & Lofthouse cover with the all important '6509' code denoting the year and month of release. Only true 1st issues carry this code.
Vinyl (Ex+) Remains shiny like new and has been well cared for. Under close inspection there are nothing more than a couple of ultra light marks which are all most invisible to the naked eye. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an Excellent+ level of playback. Intros and in betweens are silent and the audio comes across with great clarity and almost no hint of interference. Needless to say this is very unusual for a record of this age. I can't recall a better rendition of this album.
Cover (Ex+) Is in remarkable condition with all most no wear to speak of. The front cover is nice and shiny, and unusually for a copy of Help, is pure white - no ageing. The rear, which is also often afflicted, is clear of marks and ageing too. The spine is totally intact.
Emitex (Ex+) no splits or ageing.
