Very rare US Beatles Mono record from 1966

Yesterday and Today

The  "Butcher" cover

3rd state (Peeled)

Capitol Rainbow Label T-2553 Mono

Release date: June 1966

 

The front cover has some residue remaining. rear has stains as a result of age, use, handling and storage over last 50+ years. no separation of cover, scans show condition. 

The record is graded as  VG. Shiny vinyl. The vinyl is 100% flat and plays without skips or sticks. Great label. VG+.

This cover was manufactured in the Los Angeles pressing plant as indicated by the small 6 next to the logo on the back bottom right hand of the cover. 

The Columbia letter is shown to tell the recall story.
