Description

An original 1969 1st UK Decca copy 5W/6W. The cover exhibits a peep-hole and is printed by Upton - the 1st issue. there's also also a 60's original Decca inner sleeve. It is NOT the bespoke inner sleeve for LIB.
If you're in any way fussy on the audio front -  I don't think this record is going to be to your liking.
Vinyl (Vg) Still in decent condition, but has seen a moderate level of use. Do expect marks each side and one or two which are feelable and will sound.  A thorough testing reveals a mostly VERYGOOD level of playback with a couple of deviations. As mentioned above this will not suit someone who is remotely fussy with their audio. It's more likely to suit someone who understands that this 1st press is valuable and, priced at this level, realises there will be compromises. Can't say that any of the LP was difficult to listen to - I enjoyed it. But you're going to get a bit of crackle in the odd place. There will be the click in places... The deviations "Live with Me" has a good few clicks in a row. 'Love In Vain' is a bit crackly for my tastes - this is, perhaps, the only track where interference is starting to invade the listening experience. So, expect pops and crackles here and there. But it plays through and still sounds entertaining. Weigh it up in the round BEFORE clicking buy - can you live with the issues in the audio..?
Cover (Vg) Again, not the best looking example. But it is genuine and the real deal. Nice clean shiny front, but does exhibit a fair bit of creasing at the corners. The rear has avoided the worst of the ageing process, but there's a tape removal brown mark running along the opening edge. There's edge wear, but nothing epic. The text on the spine is still legible.
Inner (Vg) A bit aged. No edge splits.
