Description
This is a original LP copy of an EXTREMELY RARE, impossible to find Shellac LP titled "The Futurist" by Steve Albini. This LP was limited to only 800 copies, and was apparently only issued to close friends of Shellac. Issued in 1997, this LP has never been commercially available to the public, and probably never will be. The album was originally used as music for a performance by a Canadian dance troupe. The music on The Futurist is divided into ten total movements. The cover of the album contains 779 names, one for each pressing of the album. At the bottom of the cover is a blank space for anyone not named on the back cover to write his or her name. Cardboard cover, heavy vinyl disc-all Near Mint. Very difficult to find!
