SORCERY - "Sinister Soldiers"
(private contract/Century; Stereo; 1978; *2-LP Set). RARE. (**Click on the pictures above for more info - *Double click for larger image**).
**This is an original (not a modern reissue) EX vinyl copy of this private/contract label hard psych metal 2-LP set; from suburban Chicago, Illinois.
**NOTE: *Per the band: "... only a couple hundred copies ..." were pressed. *Since "...the LPs were delivered without the proper label IDs 'stickers/cut-outs' were added before any were sold..." SO these LPs were NEVER sealed.
**NOTE: Copies were only 'distributed' locally in the Chicago area by the band or sold at their live shows.
**NOTE: *We purchased this copy at 'the band's local suburban Chicago record store' circa 1979.
**NOTE: *ORIGINAL (not a bootleg) copy as evidenced by no Century records info printed on the cover: 1) *2 Century Records sticker/cut-outs glued on the folded edge/spine; 2) *Century Records sticker/cut-out glued on the center bottom back cover; 3) *Century Records logo sticker/cut-outs glued on the dark red labels. (see pictures) **NOTE: 4) *Dead wax vinyl trail-off matrix info is hand written: Side 1) A CH 7P V 45484-1 09128. Side 2) A CH 7P V 45484-2 09128. Side 3) A CH 7P V 45484-3 09128. Side 4) A CH 7P V 45484-4. **NOTE: 5) *3/16" 'black bar' across the top of the front cover.
