The Carousels #601, 1960, G.C. Records, Inc., 1515 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH.  The album is in Near Mint condition and is very shiny, no scratches or warps, and the green labels are clean and unmarked as shown in the photos.  The album & brown paper sleeve have not been polished, repaired or altered in any way.
