Incredible very early 1st press copy of the King Crimson debut album released on December 10th, 1969 still in the impeccable factory sealed condition. Original iconic cover, whose design was created by a computer programmer Barry Godber. The gatefold cover is made of a raw matte textured cardboard and contains an original rectangular "King Crimson" clear hype sticker with the Atlantic Records logo and a 4-digit SD 8245 catalog number. THIS IS NOT A REPRESSING WITH A 5-DIGIT CATALOG NUMBER. The top right corner of the front cover has a record store "Our Price MFRS. List $4.79 - $3.87" price sticker. This release contains the original Atlantic Records SD 8245 catalog number Stereo green-orange labels with a large Atlantic Records fan logo and "1841 Broadway, New York, N.Y." address. It is impossible to find a still factory sealed copy of In The Court of the Crimson King in such an outstanding condition without any ring wear, tears or splits to the shrinkwrap, which has two original breathe holes on the front cover and one on the back. The heavyweight more than 400g true 1st press issue with a perfect spine and sharp corners.
