Description

An original 1st press of EW on the UK Fly label. Matrix 2U/2U - 1st cut. "Porky Pecko" - etching. Stampers 2-PL/1-AT. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue E J Day heavy-card cover. Also included is the bespoke inner sleeve. NO poster I'm afraid.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome.  A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much silent and the audio comes across with superb clarity. Super audio as you come to expect from these lovely solid early copies. Even those low-key acoustic passages play really nice and clean. Interference is very minor and infrequent. All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side. Expect to be blown away by this rendition of Bolan's glam classic.
Cover (Vg+) In lovely condition and looking much better than many other examples that surface. The front is nice and flat and looks really good with just a touch of light handling in a couple of spots. Again, the rear has avoided the usual heavy surface wear you often find on this title - just a couple of light creases. There's edge wear, but nothing epic. Slightly more wear on the spine so don't expect to be able to make out all the text perfectly. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity, in part, thanks to its heavy-card construction.
Inner (Vg+) A bit of light ageing, but no markings or splits.
